Four steps to get your vehicle back

  1. Call us

    Call 888-997-7552, any time, with the licence plate or the make, model and colour. We’ll confirm the vehicle is at our yard and set a time to meet you.

  2. Bring ID

    Bring photo ID and proof you can take the vehicle, such as the ownership or the insurance slip. Picking it up for someone else? Call first and we’ll tell you what to bring.

  3. Pay

    You’ll see an itemized invoice before you pay. We take cash, debit, credit cards, tap-to-pay with your phone and Interac e-Transfer.

  4. Pick it up

    We release the vehicle once it’s paid for. The yard is open Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to noon, closed Sundays and holidays. Outside those hours, release costs extra.

Can I get my belongings out?

Yes. You can take your personal belongings out of the vehicle free of charge while the yard is open: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to noon, except holidays. Call first so someone can meet you.

Why was my vehicle towed from private property?

Private lots post signs with their parking rules. When a property has hired us, vehicles parked against those rules can be tagged or towed at the owner’s expense. Call us and we’ll tell you where it was towed from and why.

Can someone else pick it up for me?

Yes, with the owner’s permission. Call first and we’ll tell you what they need to bring.
